About two minutes, four steps. Works in Chrome, Brave, Edge and Arc on a computer.
Then open the file to unzip it. You'll get a folder called patternwell-extension. Keep it somewhere it won't get deleted, like your Documents folder: the browser loads it from there.
Copy this address and paste it into a new tab. Websites aren't allowed to link to it directly.
chrome://extensionsIt's the switch in the top-right corner of the extensions page.
Click Load unpacked and choose the patternwell-extension folder from step 1. Then pin it: click the puzzle-piece icon in your toolbar and the pin next to Patternwell.
Patternwell tells you when an update is out (a ↑ on its icon, and a note in the app). To update without reconnecting:
chrome://extensions, click the reload arrow on the Patternwell card.Same folder means the same extension, so you stay connected and nothing is lost. If you deleted the old folder, load the new one as in step 4 and connect again; your reviews are safe in your account. Once the Chrome Web Store version is out, updates install themselves.
No website can install an extension on its own. Until Patternwell's listing in the Chrome Web Store goes live, adding it yourself is the only way, and it takes the same two minutes.
On LeetCode problem pages it notices when you submit, the verdict, hints you open, time spent and which LeetCode account you're signed in to. It never reads your code. It reads your solved list only when you start an import.
Your browser may show this notice for anything added by hand. It's normal; dismiss it. It goes away once the store version is out.
On the extensions page, click Remove. Your reviews stay safe in your Patternwell account.
