Refunds and cancellations
What you buy
Patternwell Pro is sold as a one-time pass: 30 days (₹50 / $2), one year (₹300 / $12), or founding lifetime (₹999 / $29). Passes don't renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. When a pass ends, your account returns to the free plan and keeps all your data.
7-day refund
If Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of buying and you'll get the full amount back, no questions asked. Write to us from the email on your account with the date of payment.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank) through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days after we approve them. Pro ends when the refund is issued.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice or charged without getting Pro, contact us and we'll refund the extra payment in full.
